Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
